Peter Bluhon, President Peter Bluhon, Principal, leads the firm’s work in consensus and land use planning. Prior to establishing BLUHON, he assisted the Bay Area Ridge Trail Council for six years facilitating agency-citizen stakeholder committees to implement a 500-mile trail around San Francisco Bay. He was also an Associate Planner at Interactive Resources for three years, a Richmond-based planning and architecture firm. Julia Kocs-Meyers, VP. Marketing & Operations Julia Kocs-Meyers brings diverse experience in management consulting, organizational development, and program evaluation. She worked with institutions and organizations for over a decade in policy groups and local and international advisory councils addressing ministry development for the Unitarian Church. Prior to joining BLUHON, she was Program Director at Compass Community Services in San Francisco.
